Frequently Asked Questions

If we are paying by check, where does my club send it?  Make check out to Rotary District 5160 (Camp Royal) and mail to: Gary Wegener, 30 Roman Court, Woodland, CA 95776.  Payment is due by April 15th, or 10 days after confirmation of slots, whichever is later.

What if our club cannot fill a slot? Because this is so new, we have a liberal refund policy for this event.  Clubs will be refunded their full registration fee(s) if they (1) can’t fill slots; (2) students back out for any reason prior to the start of the event; or (3) Camp is cancelled for any reason.

What will the daily schedule be?  9am to 12:30pm, with some earlier, optional activities.

Will students be grouped somehow?  We anticipate students will be grouped similar to tent platform groupings in a traditional in person camp, with a counselor (likely a Camp Royal alumni).
